The English Gardening School

Winston Wolf partnered with The English Gardening School to migrate its digital platform to Shopify, creating a unified experience for prospective and enrolled students across ticketed events, distance-learning programs, and diploma courses. The goal was to balance new features, data, and automation of repetitive and time consuming tasks, while keeping the platform complexity low and user friendly for the school admins. The work included a custom Shopify theme and tailored functionality for course discovery, event ticketing, enrollment, and a consolidated customer journey and checkout. We developed a detailed migration strategy and phased launch plan to move complex course, customer, and content workflows with minimal disruption, while ensuring the new platform remained intuitive for both the School Admins and students. The result is a seamless, scalable Shopify experience that brings the School’s educational offerings into one coherent storefront to support events, online learning, and diploma programs through a single customer account and checkout flow.
