FranPal.ai

Winston Wolf partnered with FranPal.ai to build a custom enterprise application to manage the Franchise process for hiring, onboarding, training, employees, API endpoints for external integrations, and the use of an AI agent to guide employees through custom Franchise procedures. The application features a signup and onboarding flow for new Franchises and payment and billing integrated through Stripe APIs. The application was custom built after first defining custom requirements of Franchises, and then using Kanban delivery and iterative weekly releases until the production version was ready.
